She was warm and friendly while maintaining professionalism at all times. Vania was punctual and prepared for each session. Her approach was supportive and kind but she was also comfortable giving clear direction to Jim and I while we practiced the training techniques. She is a natural teacher. She listened well and translated our concerns into a concrete protocol each time we met with her. She also provided us with links to helpful resources that educated us beyond our sessions together. Best of all, our dogs absolutely adored her and would cry when she left our home. We will definitely call upon Vania again as we progress in our training journey with our dogs."
